LAND HO!! we are 15 nm from Koko Head and it's just 11nm from there to the harbour. Last night was the big one - squall after squall gave us sail-changing practice in seas that rolled us violently. We couldn't sleep, just wedged ourselves in and accumulated bruises. The thought of a peaceful night ahead is all that keeps us going. This is the time to watch how the tone of these reports changes once we stop rocking. Impossible repairs look easy and the next 2000nm leg might be feasible - might!
