Hey, it's getting cold here! After a beautiful month of sunshine and mild temperatures, the cherry blossoms are in full bloom in Sidney and Victoria - such a great climate in winter drives the rest of Canada nuts as they are are all freezing. However, we're getting snow flurries today (pronounced "floories" in Canada) and an "arctic chill" so we can't be too smug. The new cockpit surrounds are finally done, it only took me 4 weeks - just as well my time is not charged out! Lyndall's first Canadian tested blood result showed a marginal improvement, the first in 2 years. If this keeps up we'll have the confidence to head for home in June with a fair chance of making it back to Australia without any medical drama. Fingers crossed!
