8 Feb 2003: Sidney BC

A bit chilly here at 8C after the heat of Summer in Sydney. Below decks things are back to normal, the heater is fortunately working well and we are making another "list" of things to do before we begin our journeying this year. The liferaft and EPIRB have been serviced and the repaired sails will be back from the sailmaker soon after a refit of the deck gear we stowed for winter. An upgrade kit for the windgen is on it'sway and we are measuring up for new batteries. Lyndall is doing a Ham radio course in Victoria for her full license - the radio will soon be running hot so we'll need them! We attend aquafit classes twice a week, eat well and enjoy the company of good friends so life is fine.
