We'rein our new winter home! Our last sail for the season was in brilliant sunshine through the Gulf Islands and into this fancy (and expensive) marina. Fitting a 42' boat into a 40' slip though shaved a few paint flakes from illy's hull and gave the poncy flowerpots hanging from the dock piles a good shake up. Luckily the guy on the $1m Nauticat next door was away, maybe he won't notice the modification. He turned out to be very friendly as did the others who came to welcome us to Port Sidney. It looks to be a nice town - we'll soon find out.
