Course 260T, speed 4.8 kts, wind E1 0, sea SE1.5m. A big Low hammered NSW last nite and the ridge has just extended to our area, giving us lighter winds and more ENE. Still we are gliding (and rolling) towards home. A French sea patrol jet flew over at mastheig ht this morning, giving us all a fright. We gave the pilot our details over VHF -he was quite friendly. Yesteday was a 137nm day. this one will be less.
