2200 19 Aug 2003: Luganville

Anchored at last and cleared in after an all night motoring vigil. Weather is overcast, belying the natural beautyon Vanuatu which I'm sure is here. A front is expected to move away by Sunday and we'll leave then. James' friend David is due Fri night.
